Terms and Conditions
Our terms and conditions are detailed below, however please contact us if you require further information.
1. Customer. The person, persons or company buying the item from Onestop Flag Shop.
2. Seller. The owners of the online website called Onestop Flag Shop.
Firstly, all payments made are via the Paypal gateway. Secondly, the use of most major credit and debit cards is available in the event of the Customer not having a Paypal account. The Paypal site handles all Customer’s payment details, therefore the Seller does not have any access to the Customer’s financial details. Further information is available on the Paypal site. Customer name and contact details are available to the Seller for delivery of items, but this information will not be given, sold or communicated to any other person or company.
Refunds equal to the cost of the item are available to Customers within thirty days from date of sale. The Seller will reimburse the Customer on receipt of the unused and undamaged item.
The Seller will also pay the return postage to the Customer when:-
1) Sending the incorrect item to the Customer.
2) The item is defective in its manufacture.
3) Damaged in transit to the Customer.
The Seller will send an email to the Customer shortly after despatch of their purchased item(s). The Seller will ask the Customer to rate their experience with them and permission to place the Customer’s views, anonymously if required, on the website. An independent customer review company verifies only owners of items bought on the Seller’s site are eligible to give a review. Customer’s permission is thus granted by them submitting the review.
The Seller will make every attempt to stock at least one of all the products shown on the website. However Onestop Flag Shop will try to find further supplies if a Customer requires more items than held in stock at that time, but we cannot be responsible if they are no longer available.
The Seller is not held to account for any slight inaccuracies of an item image displayed on the website. The Seller will refund the cost of the item and return postage in the unlikely event of the product being unsuitable due to an image discrepancy.
